With over 25 years’ experience in planning consultancy and a portfolio of published work, Nick knows how to enhance value through the planning process. His recent projects include; the conversion of Admiralty Arch, London’s first six star hotel, the Bulgari, and the new mixed use redevelopment of Cromwell Road and Warwick Road. He is a regular speaker at conferences and has written numerous articles on enhancing the planning process.
