Daniel has worked in property since 2000. He started his career in prime central London in 2002, focussing on development and investment opportunities in and around the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster. From 2004 he expanded his portfolio to sourcing deals working in conjunction with a number of developer clients and a year later began the process of independent investing.
In 2005 Daniel secured robust financial support for Abernile from three sources; a primary investor from a High Net Worth Family office, in 2014 a private equity fund from Kuwait and a private equity firm originating out of New York, with whom Abernile recently closed a 130 acre site in Essex.
